I got this hotel on sale on a travel website, so it was a pretty good deal. Oh, I’ve also added the pictures I took of our room condition.
Definitely don’t waste your money staying here. Honestly, we could have stayed at a Hampton Inn for cheaper, and had a better room than that. I was very disappointed, especially paying $160 to stay for one night. When we told the shift manager upon departure, she waived the resort fee which was $16. The carpet was bunched up in several spots, there were stains all over the walls, there was MOLD in the shower, and a bunch of calcium build up around the bathroom faucet. When we got up to our room, it was dirty and so outdated. And then she rudely stated we don’t guarantee your room choice only that you have a room. I asked if it was a smoking room and she said no you didn’t put a preference and were sold out. When we got there to check in the lady at the desk, her name was Stephanie, was not the most friendly.
I booked our room online, and booked a Smoking room. So we stayed at Harrahs, so we could go to the casino and Gordon Ramsey’s. My husband and I were going out for my birthday.
